Why does FSK get 50-80% residual when used kit gets 15-30%?
Factory-sealed never-deployed equipment is current-generation, in the original packaging, with full OEM documentation, and has zero depreciation hours. Secondary-market buyers will pay close to first-buyer pricing for it. Used kit at 3 years has depreciation hours, no warranty, and condition variance - hence the 15-30% range.
Will you take ageing kit you can't refurbish?
Yes - destruction-only or parts-extraction, with the fee-based pricing applied. Even ageing kit has some component-level residual (memory, drives, CPUs); we apply that against the destruction fee.
End-of-lease - return or buy out?
Both paths supported with the audit pack each requires. Buy-out-and-resell is often net-positive vs. straight return when the lessor's buy-out price is below current secondary-market value.
