Most engagements follow the same eight-step flow. Smaller jobs collapse Steps 3 and 4; larger / regulated-sector jobs add NDA + DDQ before Step 1.

End-to-end
The eight steps
- ♦ 1. You send an asset list (CSV or spreadsheet) with serials, makes, models. Or fill /quote/.
- ♦ 2. Within 2 hours we issue an indicative CAD quote with per-line residual estimate.
- ♦ 3. Site survey for jobs >$50K indicative — typically a 1-hour walk-through within 24 hours.
- ♦ 4. Final quote, NDA, Statement of Work, per-asset disposition decision, destruction method.
- ♦ 5. Locked, GPS-tracked uplift on agreed date. Photo evidence at pickup, transit, arrival.
- ♦ 6. NIST 800-88 + IEEE 2883-2022 destruction at our facility (or on-site if specified). Two-operator sign-off.
- ♦ 7. Per-job Certificate of Destruction issued within 5 business days. PIPEDA / TRM citations included.
- ♦ 8. CAD settlement applied within 5 business days of disposition completion.

How long does the whole flow typically take?
Standard buyback: 7–14 days from asset list to settlement. Decommissioning: typically 14–28 days end-to-end. Urgent regulatory-deadline jobs can compress further.
