Difference between Sell-to-us and Service-request?
Sell-to-us is for transactional buyback — you have retiring kit, you want CAD residual value, we destroy the data and remarket the kit. Service-request is for fee-based services where there's no buyback component (or the buyback doesn't cover the destruction-and-logistics cost) — destruction-only, decom, ITAD strategy, secure transport.
Does service-request also include data destruction?
Yes — destruction is part of the service when applicable. The form has a checkbox for the specific evidence-pack format (PIPEDA, OSFI B-13-aware, ITSG-33, ESG / Scope-3, custom) so we can pre-align the documentation.
