What happens after I submit?
Within 2 working hours during SGT business hours (Mon-Fri 08:30-18:00) you'll receive an indicative CAD-denominated quote with per-line residual estimates. For larger jobs (above C$50K indicative) a 1-hour site survey within 24 hours typically follows.
Can I attach an asset list spreadsheet instead of pasting?
Spreadsheet upload is on the roadmap (it requires a Cloudflare Worker backend; designed but not yet built). For now, paste the relevant content into the asset-list field — even a partial list is useful for the indicative quote, and we'll request the full file by email after submission.
Is my data secure during the form submission?
Yes. Submission is over HTTPS to FormSubmit's relay service, which forwards to purchase@maxicom.ca. Local storage in your browser is used only for the auto-save / save-and-resume feature; we cannot read your local storage.
